CD2003 AM FM Radio IC

CD2003 IC comes in 2 types CD2003GB and CD2003GP. This monolithic IC is designed to be used as an FM/ AM radio system combined with an audio power amplifier IC, a suitable FM/AM radio can be constituted.

CD2003 AM FM Radio IC Specification

• Adjustment free for FM detector circuit.
• No need for  FM IFT, AM  IFT, and  FM  detector coil.
• Packages:   DIP16/SOP16
• Wide operating supply voltage range:1.8 to 7V.
• FM IF： f=10.7MHz， △ f=±22.5kHz， fm=1kHz.
• AM： f=1MHz， MOD=30%， fm=1kHz
• F/E： f=98MHz， fm=1kHz
